What data we process and legal basis
This website has no contact form, user accounts or online ordering. We process personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number and message content) only if you contact us by e-mail or phone, and solely to answer your inquiry and arrange a visit.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep your correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which we delete it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Cookies and third parties
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not set any cookies requiring consent on load.
Fonts are served from our own server (self-hosted), so no connection to the Google Fonts service is made when the page loads.
The Google Maps map on the "Visit us" page loads only after you explicitly start it by clicking "Load map". Until then, no connection to Google is made. Once you load the map, Google may process your data (including your IP address) in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
The website is served by our hosting provider; server logs (e.g. IP address) are processed for security and service stability on the basis of legitimate interest. Google Search Console and Google Business Profile may show us only aggregated data and do not set cookies for visitors to this website.
